Luo Qiu Yun, or Wendy Luo, as she’s also known, is a Chinese actress. She was born on November 9, 1997 and made her acting debut in 2019. Since then, she has appeared in a handful of television dramas, including “Legend of the Phoenix” (2019) and “Twisted Fate of Love” (2020).
