Li Xin Liang, or Rise, as he’s also known, is a Chinese actor. He was born in Xi'an, Shaanxi, China, on October 27, 1988, and made his acting debut in 2014. Since then, he has appeared in various films and television dramas, including “Love Script” (2020).
