Yuma&nbsp;Yamoto is a Japanese actor who was born on August 31, 1990. He made his debut while still a young teen, when he appeared in the 2003 movie “My House,” as well as the drama series “Teruteru Kazoku”&nbsp;(also 2003). He has since gone on to become a mainstay of Japanese cinema and television, starring in scores of hit dramas and films. Some of his more recent films include “Tori Girl” (2017), “Lady in White” (2018), and “Grand Blue” (2020).

A new first-year college student named Yukina Toriyama (Tao Tsuchiya) has just landed a place at a science university. But when she arrives, she is horrified to discover that most of her schoolmates are utter nerds.

The one exception to the rule is a handsome senior student named Kei (Mahiro Takasugi). Utterly bewitched by his charms, Yukina Toriyama almost unknowingly agrees when Kei asks her to joins the nerdiest club in the school: the “human-powered flight” club.

Believing that doing so will bring her closer to Kei, she decides to volunteer for the role of pilot for the club’s most hair-brained plan yet: To enter the Birdman Rally contest to fly in a human-powered craft across Lake Biwa.

But to do so, she will need to fend off competition from star cyclist Sakaba (Shotaro Mamiya) – a man intent on making the pilot’s role his own!
