Nana Komatsu is a Japanese model and award-winning actress. She was born in Tokyo, Japan, on February 16, 1996 and made her acting debut in 2013. The winner of multiple awards, she has appeared in a variety of films and television dramas, including The Black Devil and the White Prince” (2016).

As a man who suffers from extreme mysophobia, Kengo Kosaka (Kento Hayashi) doesn’t have an easy life. With such an extreme fear of contamination dictating his life, Kengo has an incredibly difficult time being around people; as such, he’s never been able to maintain any sort of relationship for long. Essentially cut off from the rest of the world, Kengo can’t deny the fact that he’s incredibly lonely.

Hijiri Sanagi (Nana Komatsu), on the other hand, suffers from her own set of excessive fears. A high school student suffering from scopophobia, or the fear of being stared at, Hijiri has a difficult time at school; which would explain why she skips more times than not. Unable to be around people for long, Hijiri is much happier on her own. But after fate brings Hijiri and Kengo together, things slowly begin to change.

Finding an odd sort of comfort in the company of someone who understands what it’s like to live with an extreme phobia, Kengo and Hijiri naturally draw closer together. As their feelings deepen, they find themselves becoming truly happy; but how long is their newfound happiness destined to last?

Adapted from the novel of the same name written by Sugaru Miaki, “Parasite in Love” is a 2021 Japanese romance film directed by Kensaku Kakimoto.

Meeting on the banks of a moonlit river, Satsuki (Nana Komatsu) and Hitoshi (Hio Miyazawa) couldn’t have planned a more romantic meet-cute. As if made for each other, the two quickly fall in love, their relationship so perfect, it seems almost too good to be real. Madly in love with his new girlfriend, Hitoshi can’t wait to introduce Satsuki to his little brother, Hiiragi (Himi Sato) and his brother’s girlfriend, Yumiko (Nana Nakahara), a girl with a slight obsession with the paranormal. Instantly hitting it off, the four enjoy an almost unnatural happiness. Unfortunately that happiness doesn’t last long.

Involved in a lethal traffic accident, Satsuki and Hiiragi are forced to say goodbye to Hitoshi and Yumiko forever. Overwhelmed by both guilt and grief, the two survivors have no choice but to find a way to move on; but letting go of those you love most is easier said than done. Sinking deeper into a depression that drives them both to the brink, only the sudden appearance of a mysterious woman who seems to walk between this world and the next, can bring them back.&nbsp;

Dangling the prospect of reuniting with their lost loves before them, Satsuki and Hiiragi follow where the mysterious Urara (Asami Usuda) leads. But will she make good on her promises to reunite them with their lost loves or lead them down a path from which there is no escape?

Based on the 1988 short story by Banana Yoshimoto, “Moonlight Shadow” is a 2021 drama film directed by Edmund Yeo.

Ren Takahashi (Masaki Suda) and Aoi Sonoda (Nana Komatsu) were born in the same year: 1989. They meet when they are both aged 13 and fall for each other. Ren confesses his feeling for Aoi as they walk home together and they agree to meet the next day. But the meeting never takes place – Aoi’s family relocates suddenly to Sapporo. He takes a train to find her and manages to track her down, only to discover that Aoi has been viciously assaulted by her mother’s boyfriend. They escape to an empty house, where they share a night of passion – only to be separated by the police the next morning.

Years later, they are reunited as adults in Tokyo, although much has changed in the years since they last saw each other. But although old passions die hard, their lives have now gone off in different directions: Aoi hopes to start a new life for herself in Singapore, while Ren has set his sights on becoming a successful cheese-maker. What does the future have in store for Ren and Aoi – and could it involve being together?

When her father’s work suddenly transfers him, Yu Akahane (Nana Komatsu) finds herself forced to move into one of the school dormitories. Excited to be living in the same dorm as the school’s “White Prince'', Shirakawa Takumi (Yudai Chiba), Yu can’t wait to move in. With a head full of dreams of the kind Shirakawa sweeping her off her feet, Yu tries to settle into her new home quickly. But all her hopes of a happy dorm life are squashed, the moment she meets Haruto Kurosaki (Kento Nakajima).

Known at school as the “Black Devil”, Haruto is anything but nice. A bully through and through, Haruto not only steals Yu’s first kiss, but also demands that she become his slave. Unable to escape Haruto’s cruelty, Yu’s only glimmers of light come from the shining White Prince, who has taken a keen interest in her; especially now that Haruto has made his intentions towards her clear. Driven by curiosity, more than anything, Shirakawa begins to pay more attention to Yu, helping her as she suffers under Haruto’s bullying. The more time Shirakawa spends with Yu, the more he begins to realize that she has inadvertently captured his heart.

Caught between the Black Devil and the White Prince, Yu isn’t sure which way to turn. Struggling to unravel the mysteries of her own heart, she begins to wonder which is better to follow, the heart or the mind?

Yuni (Nana Komatsu) is a high school student who lives with her relative Kazuma Akechi (Arai Hirofumi), who is also the school’s math teacher.

She is an exceptional student, but has been struggling with English, so starts taking additional lessons on a one-to-one basis with the school’s English teacher Haruka Sakurai (Tomohisa Yamashita).

But during their lessons, a romantic bond slowly starts to form between the two. Kazuma Akechi starts to sense something is amiss, so puts an end to the tutoring. However, it may be too late, as the duo’s love has already started to blossom.

And things get even more complicated when Yuni is assigned a new homeroom teacher, Mirei Takizawa (Asami Mizukawa) – a woman who also has feelings for the dashing English teacher.

This movie was based on a hit, 10-volume manga series named “Love’s Reach,” by Rin Mikimoto, which ran from 2008 to 2011. It also spawned a TV drama series in 2014.
