In a remote mountain valley, the deposed teenage monarch Prince Nosan, also known as Lee Hong Gui (Park Ji Hoon), arrives in exile, haunted by the brutal execution of his loyalists. His arrival brings tension to the village led by Eom Heung Do (Yoo Hai Jin), who initially hopes for prosperity but finds himself protecting a broken, suicidal prince. As Prince Nosan struggles with his lost sovereignty, he finds an unexpected purpose in mentoring Heung Do’s son and bonding with the villagers. However, Prince Nosan isn't fully free of the palace's clutches, as an uncle hopes to restore him to the throne despite the new king and ruthless royal officials' opposition. When the prince is faced with an ultimate life-or-death situation, can he count on Heung Do to remain by his side? This film was inspired by true events.

The King's Warden

When respected narcotics detective Jang Jae Gyeong (Ji Sung) is forced to take – and subsequently becomes addicted to – a mysterious drug, his world is shattered. Framed for a crime he didn't commit and haunted by the death of a high school friend, he's plunged into a desperate fight for survival and truth. He teams up with reporter and old high school friend Oh Yun Jin (Jeon Mi Do), who’s trying to chase down a lead on the new drug after witnessing a woman die in front of her. Jae Gyeong must navigate a dangerous web of corruption, blackmail, and long-buried resentments among his affluent former classmates-turned-suspects. Can Jae Gyeong figure out who’s behind the spread of the drugs ravaging the city and clear his name?
