Ron Yuan, born Ronald Winston Yuan, is an American actor, martial artist, director, and stunt choreographer. He was born in New York City, New York, on February 20, 1973, and made his acting debut in 1991. Since then, he has taken on countless projects, lending his talent as a voice actor to countless video games, as well as appearing in a wide variety of films and television programs, including “The Paper Tigers” (2020).

A shining star in the world of martial arts, Danny (Alain Uy) was poised to be the next great master. The destined heir of his beloved master, Sifu Cheung (Roger Yuan), Danny’s destiny seemed apparent; all he had to do was reach out and take it. But life has a funny way of taking unexpected turns and the brilliant future Danny saw stretched out before him, never managed to pan out. Now a middle-aged divorcee trying desperately to patch up the rocky relationship he has with his son, Danny has all but forgotten his days as a promising martial artist.
