Kim Sung Kyu, also known as Sunggyu or Sungkyu, is an award-winning South Korean singer and actor. He was born in Jeonju, South Korea, on April 28, 1989, and made his debut in the entertainment industry in 2010, as the leader and main vocalist of the K-pop boy band, Infinite. In 2012, he made his debut as a musical actor, taking his first stage role in the musical, “Gwanghwamun Sonata”. Later that same year, he released his first solo EP, marking his debut as a solo artist and also made his first appearance in a television drama. Since then, he has taken a wide variety of roles in theater productions, and has appeared on a number of television variety programs, including “Music Bank K-Chart in Mexico” (2014).
