Born in Seoul, South Korea, on December 14, 1982, Koo is a South Korean actor and movie director. He began acting in the mid-2000s and in 2009 made an appearance in the hit movie “Castaway on the Moon.” He has since appeared in the movies “Jane” (2016), “Peninsula” (2020), and “Escape from Mogadishu.” As a director, he released the short films “After School” (2015) and “Girls on Top” (2017).
