Yang Young Jo is a South Korean actor. He was born on April 19, 1968 and made his acting debut in 1996. Since then, he has appeared in a wide variety of films and television dramas, including “Blind” (2011).

Min Soo Ah (Kim Ha Neul), a blind former police academy cadet, struggles with the trauma of a tragic accident that cost her eyesight and her surrogate brother's life. When she narrowly escapes a serial killer's attempt, the police initially dismiss her claims. Detective Jo (Cho Hee Bong) becomes interested after connecting her story to missing women cases, aided by Kwon Gi Seob (Yoo Seung Ho), a local delivery boy who witnessed the crime scene. As the killer (Yang Young Jo) hunts down Soo Ah and Gi Seob, the stakes rise dramatically. The detective races against time to stop the sadistic murderer before he can claim more victims. This is a 2011 South Korean crime thriller film directed by Ahn Sang Hoon.
