So Yeon is a South Korean rapper, singer, and TV personality who was born on August 26, 1998, in Seoul, South Korea. She made her TV debut in the 2016 audition survival music show “Produce 101,” and followed up with an appearance on season three of “Unpretty Rapstar” (also in 2016). She released her solo debut songs “Jelly” and “Idle Song” in 2017 and in 2018 joined the all-female K-pop group (G)-IDLE. She has also appeared on the variety TV shows “Do You Know Hip Hop?” and 2021’s “My Teen Girl.”
