Wang Zi Yi is a Chinese singer and actor who was born in Shanxi Province, China, on July 13, 1996. He debuted as a member of the pop group BBT in 2017 and in 2018 took part in the survival, audition-based, music-themed TV show “Idol Producer,” where he finished in 7th place in the final standings. He went on to become a member of the group Nine Percent, which disbanded in 2019. He has since gone on to perform as a solo artist under the name BOOGIE. He has also made a name for himself as an actor and has appeared in the dramas “We Are All Alone” (2020) and “Why Women Love” (2022).
