Nuttarat Tangwai, also known as Lee No Eul, is a Thai-Korean actor. He was born on May 18, 1999, and made his acting debut in 2022. Since then, he has appeared in a handful of television specials, variety shows, and dramas, including “Love in the Air” (2022).
