Im Too Chul is a South Korean actor. He was born on August 31, 1990, and made his acting debut in 2016. Since then, he has appeared in a number of films and television dramas, including “Happy Ending Romance” (2022).

Cha Jung Woo (Karam) might have had a bright future as a writer, had he not chosen to speak up against the corruption he witnessed among his seniors.
