Shotaro, born Shotaro Osaki, is a Japanese rapper, singer and dancer. He was born in Kanagawa, Japan, on November 25, 2000, and made his debut in the entertainment industry in 2020, as a member of the K-pop boy band, NCT. Debuting simultaneously with the unit project, NCT 2020, and the subunit, NCT U, he has since appeared in a variety of television music and reality programs, including “Welcome to NCT Universe” (2022).
