Hoshi, real name Kwon Soon Young, is a South Korean singer and TV personality who was born on June 15, in Namyangju, South Korea. He graduated from Hanyang University. He made his debut as a member of the all-male K-pop group SEVENTEEN in 2015, and in 2018 joined the group’s subunit BSS. In 2023, he featured in the variety TV show “Bro&Marble in Dubai.”

But unlike Monopoly, Blue Marble allows players to snap up properties all over the world in a bid to drive other players into “bankruptcy!” The game has undergone many transformations over the years, and has been adapted for mobile users. But it is about to undergo perhaps its most unique adaption of all! Male celebrity players will pair up with a “bro” – a teammate who will stick by their side as they try to win a “real-world scale” version of Blue Marble.

The contest will take place in Dubai, and contestants will be able to bid for the right to snap up remarkable UAE landmarks, including the 830-meter Burj Khalifa – the world’s tallest building! Entering the contest will be Lee Seung Gi, Yoo Yeon Seok, Lee Dong Hwi, Ji Suk Jin, Jo Se Ho, the Super Junior star Kyu Hyun, and the SEVENTEEN members Joshua and Hoshi. Only one team will emerge victorious – but which bros have what it takes to become the marble kings?
