Zhang Yi Duo is a Chinese actor who was born in Henan Province, China, on August 18, 1994. He graduated from the Central Academy of Drama in 2013. He debuted in 2017 and in 2020, he appeared in the hit series “iPartment 5.” More recently, he starred in “The Happy Seven in Chang’an” (2024).

Small-town girl Xie Quan Jia (Bu Guan Jin) swaps her rural farm life for a journey to the big city – on a mission to find her father. But rather than finding what she was hoping for, she ends up taking control of the powerful magnate’s estate. This turns out to be something of a poisoned chalice, however. The estate is saddled with debt, with the magnate owing money to the likes of the young nobleman Shangguan Gu Chuan (Ma Tian Yu)...

Her father has fled the city. So, still unsure of what to do about Shangguan Gu Chuan and this mountain of debt, Xie Quan Jia decides to make use of her father’s mansion. She lets Shangguan Gu Chuan stay and also opens up a wing for other visitors to stay in the city. Over time, Xie Quan Jia and a motley crew of mansion residents begin to form a camaraderie. Can they help change the city for the better – and find shared happiness?
