Ryu Jang Ha

Talented trumpet player Hyeon Woo (Choi Min Sik) dreams of joining a prestigious orchestra in Seoul, but faces repeated rejections and financial hardships. A painful breakup with his girlfriend serves as the final straw for him to reluctantly accept a temporary position teaching a wind ensemble at a rural junior high school. When he's confronted with the school's worn-out instruments and the wind ensemble's imminent disbandment, Hyeon Woo isn't sure if he can succeed, but his students' passion for music inspire him as he prepares them for a national competition. Can Hyeon Woo lead the ensemble to first place – and find new joy in life?
