Naoki Kato

At 16 years old, Rio Yuki (Meari Hayashi), the heir to a prestigious family in Kyoto, was forced into a loveless arranged marriage with wealthy IT CEO Masatomo Takamine (Atsuhiro Inukai), despite never meeting him before. This continued for 10 years, with an annual 50 million yen birthday money transfer from Masatomo to Rio serving as their sole point of "contact." However, Rio has had enough, and is determined to reclaim her life: she moves to Tokyo, finds Masatomo, and immediately demands a divorce. To her surprise and dismay, Masatomo is captivated by Rio, and refuses to separate from her! Will Rio manage to convince Masatomo to get divorced, or will Masatomo find a way to truly win his wife's heart? This drama was adapted from the novel of the same name by Chiyoharu Asagi.
