Despite struggling as a single mother, Lee Ji An (Yum Jung Ah) was willing to do anything to ensure her daughter Hyo Ri (Choi Yoon Ji) had everything she needed, facing problems with a smile on her face. While Hyo Ri, now a medical student, has been a model child for most of her life, Ji An struggles when Hyo Ri begins to rebel against her. Hyo Ri takes a camping van and drives off on her own, stopping in a seaside town where she meets Bo Hyeon (Kim Min Kyu), a veteran flower farmer. Bo Hyeon lives with his single father, architect Ryu Jeong Seok (Park Hae Joon) – who happens to be Ji An's first love.
