Hong Seol (Kim Go Eun) hasn’t had the easiest life – although she’s a hardworking and dedicated student, she was forced to take an extended break from her studies to help alleviate her family’s financial situation. She appears to have a stroke of luck when she receives a scholarship for a year’s worth of college tuition, but it was meant for another student: upperclassman Yoo Jung (Park Hae Jin), the heir to a family-owned multinational corporation. While he's athletic and attractive, he's secretly insecure and often vindictive towards those he dislikes. Yoo Jung often finds himself at odds with Hong Seol, but also seems to find her attractive. Things escalate when Yoo Jung’s estranged childhood friend In Ho (Seo Kang Joon) comes back to town – and also falls for Hong Seol. Will this love triangle make Hong Seol's college life hell, or will she find a genuine relationship? Genius medical student Park Si On (Joo Won) is about to start his new job as a pediatric surgery resident, which he’s dreamed about since he was young. However, one thing sets him apart from his fellow residents: Si On is autistic, causing him to struggle with social interaction and emotional situations that many others would see as no big deal. While his photographic memory and keen spatial skills help him excel in the operating room, he’s often in conflict with patients and coworkers who don’t understand him. He manages to get closer to fellow resident Cha Yoon Seo (Moon Chae Won), who shows him kindness and empathy, and begins to fall in love with her. However, he’s not the only one who’s interested in her, making the workplace even more strained and competitive.
