Ho Doo (Kim Hyun Mok) and Ye Ji (Han Seung Yeon) are childhood friends who are down on their luck. Ho Doo has been working day and night in a part-time job in a convenience store, trying desperately to raise enough money to afford a place of his own. Ye Ji, meanwhile, has been trying to land a dream job, but keeps failing at the interview stage. One day, Ye Ji comes to Ho Doo to explain how another interview has gone disastrously wrong for her – but he surprises her by telling her that he has rented an amazing house for them. He has used some of Ye Ji’s money to cover the deposit, but she eventually agrees to move into the new place.

At first, everything seems to be going great, although Ye Ji thinks the deposit price and the monthly rent seem suspiciously low. It’s as if the offer is too good to be true, she thinks. Unfortunately, she’s right. They soon notice an unusual smell in the house and the lights start flickering on and off – before coming across a ghost! They have no money to hire an exorcist, so decide to try to banish the ghost themselves using “tips” they find on the internet. When that doesn’t work, they decide to seek the services of Ki Doo (Hong Seung Bum), an exorcist who is offering cut-price ghost-busting services for a limited time only…

Working as a groomer at a local pet shop, So Yeon (Park Min Young) has an extensive list of four-legged clients. Having recently groomed a Persian cat by the name of Bidanyi, So Yeon is shocked to find that the cat’s owner has passed away. As one of the officers working on the case, So Yeon’s friend, Kim Jun Seok (Kim Dong Wook) knows she’s familiar with the cat and asks her to take care of it while the investigation into the owner’s death continues. Unable to say no, So Yeon takes the cat home but in doing so, she invites more than just a cat into her life.

With Bidanyi now a part of her daily life, So Yeon is soon plagued by nightmares of a young girl with cat-like eyes; a girl who quickly begins to appear as horrifying hallucinations during So Yeon’s waking hours. Terrified, So Yeon tries to understand why this terrifying child continues to haunt her. Seeking the advice of her friend, Bo Hee (Shin Da Eun), So Yeon is only further troubled when she learns that after adopting a cat of her own, her friend has also started seeing the cat-eyed girl. With no idea how to rid herself and Bo Hee of these awful nightmares, So Yeon seeks the help of Jun Seok; but he has more than enough problems of his own as a string of mysterious deaths has the entire precinct baffled.

Working together, So Yeon and Jun Seok begin to make a connection between the cat-eyed girl, Bidanyi, and the steadily increasing number of mysterious deaths. But will they be able to fit all the pieces of this puzzle together before it’s too late?

A terrifying thriller from start to finish, “The Cat” is a 2011 horror film directed by Byun Seung Wook.&nbsp;

Hee Min (Chani of SF9) is the son of South Korea’s most powerful shaman – an individual who is able to communicate with the spirits of the dead in order to influence the world of the living. He thinks little of shamanism, but is forced to channel powers he never knew he had when malevolent spirits begin to terrorize the high school he transfers to.

Also at the school, he meets So Young (Park Yoo Na), with whom he falls in love at first sight. By chance, he finds her diary and decides to declare his feelings for her by returning it to her, along with a special gift – as a heartfelt declaration of his feelings. However, So Young is preoccupied with other matters: She know about dark secrets connected to the school and ghastly events the school authorities would rather sweep under the carpet. Can this duo help save the school from evil spirits – and maybe find love while they’re at it?

This movie was based on the video game “White Day: A Labyrinth Named School,” which was released for PCs in 2001, and issued as a mobile gaming console title in 2015.

Young Hoon (Song Sae Byuk) is a seemingly ordinary man whose life takes a chilling turn when his wife is suddenly murdered. DNA evidence found at the crime scene appears to indicate that Young Hoon’s closest friend Joon Sung (Oh Min Seok) was the murderer. The police arrest and charge Joon Sung with the crime, despite his pleas of innocence. The only person who believes he did not kill the woman is his wife Da Yeon (Yoo Sun). She is so certain that he did nothing wrong that she approaches Young Hoon in a bid to convince him to testify in favor of her husband.

To her surprise, Young Hoon agrees, but only on the condition that she first helps him uncover the truth about what really happened on the day of his wife’s murder. She agrees, but the ensuing alliance seems shaky at best. Will this unlikely partnership really uncover the fact behind what happened...and can they really trust one another?

Asami Inaba (Keiko Kitagawa) is an ordinary, unassuming office worker. One day, her boyfriend answers a phone call in a taxi, but is in such a rush that he leaves his cell phone behind him on the seat. She calls him later, but a stranger answers the phone instead. A couple of days later, the phone is returned and she thinks the matter is behind her.

But in fact, she soon comes to realize that someone has managed to access the phone, correctly guessing its passcode and then downloading all of its contents. This person now begins to stalk Asami Inaba, using data from the phone to open up chapters of her life she thought were completely private. Pulling on clues from the phone like a string, this mysterious person is somehow able to access her and her acquaintances’ social media pages and bank accounts – sowing the seeds of chaos in both her personal and financial life. To make matters worse, a spate of brutal killings has also begun...and the female victims all bear an uncanny resemblance to Asami Inaba!

Several months ago, a case that began with a man losing his smartphone ended up in a series of gruesome murders, with a number of young women found murdered in desolate rural areas. The police thought they had found the killer, who is now rotting away in a cell in a high-security prison. But the police are stumped when the killings appear to recommence, and another phone goes missing – with flesh-crawling consequences. The whole matter leaves officers unsure as to whether they are dealing with a serial killer or a copycat murderer.

The sharp-witted detective Manabu Kagaya (Yudai Chiba) has been dispatched to solve the case, and attempts to get to the bottom of the matter by going to visit the convicted serial killer – Yoshiharu Urano (Ryo Narita) – in the jail. During their traumatic encounter, the convict tells Manabu Kagaya that a shadowy individual called M taught him all the devious criminal methods he used to commit his crimes. Worse still, Yoshiharu Urano tells the policeman that the only way he will be able to reach M is through him. Will Manabu Kagaya be able to trust this deranged killer before the bodies start piling up?

This film is the sequel to the 2018 film “Stolen Identity.”

Jeong Mi (Kang Byul) is a high school student who lives with her older sister Se Hee (Park Bo Young) after the two girls’ parents relocated abroad. She has become something of an internet addict, and enjoys the fame she gets from uploading videos to file-sharing platforms. But when she hears about a “cursed” video that is circulating on underground web forums, she is keen to gain access to it – to perhaps help her to boost her growing fame.

Jeong Mi decides to enlist the help of her sister’s tech whizz ex-boyfriend Joon Hyeok (Joo Won), who works for a special cybercrime unit of the police force. She promises that if he does her this favor, she will help him regain Se Hee’s heart. But the video turns out to be more terrible than she can believe: Instead of one video, it is an omnibus of short clips that seem to change every time the video is viewed. Terrible things begin to happen to the people who have seen the video. Now the video threatens to destroy the lives of the two sisters: Can they help break its terrible curse? Or will it drag them into its dreadful abyss?

In order to complete her final course in directing, art school student My Lan (Kim Tuyen), is assigned to direct a play at a local drama school. After making the usual introductions, the students begin to regale her with tales of the school’s haunted prop room. Though the students do their best to scare her, My Lan assures them that no matter how hard they try, they won’t succeed in frightening her. Little does she know just how cruel these kids can be.

Teased and tortured by a group of relentless students led by Thien Tam (Bang Khue Nguyen), My Lan is soon driven out of her wits in fear. Tormented to the point of a near breakdown, My Lan flees the school, but in so doing, suffers a number of serious injuries. While My Lan recovers at the hospital, Thien Tam and her boyfriend Khuong Duy (Vinh Anh Ho) nearly find themselves hospitalized as well, as a serious accident leaves both them and an elderly woman badly injured. Rather than reporting the accident, the two students flee the scene but both soon regret their decision as they find themselves tormented by the unsettled spirit of both the old woman and a young child.

Unable to flee their supernatural tormentors, Thien Tam and Khuong Duy attempt to make things right, but in doing so learn there are some things even more horrifying than angry spirits. Will either of them be able to escape the fate they have brought upon themselves?

A chilling tale of terror, “Exorcism: A Haunted Child” is a 2015 Vietnamese horror film directed by Ba Vu Nguyen.

Lan (Phuong Mai) is a novelist and the mother of a young son. After her husband cheats on her, she decides to move out and looks for a new place to live, along with her child. Property prices are high, but she eventually manages to find a small apartment in an old complex. The price seems good, so she decides to move in. But shortly after taking up residence in the apartment, strange things begin to happen. She notices a strange goo on the floor, then finds that eerie goings-on are connected with a mysterious red musical box. And then, her son thinks he has seen the ghost of a woman wearing a red dress.

An older woman from the neighborhood explains that that apartment may be haunted by a spirit that cannot – or will not – leave. Lan also encounters Vu (Su Quang), a budding musician who has also recently moved in, and like Lan and her son, has been having disturbing dreams possibly featuring the tormented ghost. But when other residents start getting hurt, Lan senses that she must get to the bottom of the mystery.

While on his travels, a young man named Wen Ning (Paul Yu) comes across a mysterious town named Fu Feng. The town’s inhabitants live in perpetual fear of malevolent spirits who – so they say – are attracted to candle and lantern light at night time.

A spate of killings has taken place after dark, too, leaving the town’s residents shaken and in a state of desperation.

Their sense of dread leads them to live in darkness after nightfall, for fear of what might happen should they light a fire.

Determined to break the spell, the fearless Wen Ning purposefully lights a lamp in the dead of night, hoping to confront the evil spirits and fight them off.

But just as the shadowy forces are drawing near, his old acquaintance and brother-in-arms Lan Si Zhui (Zheng Fan Xing) appears on the scene, hoping to lend a hand.

Together, Lan Si Zhui and Wen Ning resolve to fight back against the forces of darkness – and rescue the town from the clutches of evil supernatural forces.

This movie is a spinoff of the series “The Untamed.” The series was based on the popular novel “Grandmaster of Demonic Cultivation,” which was penned by BL author Mo Xiang Tong Xiu.

Saved from the clutches of a serial killer by a gruesome twist of fate, Soo Ah takes her story to the police, who have a very hard time taking the words of a blind woman seriously. Only after Detective Jo (Cho Hee Bong) sees the ties between Soo Ah’s story and the string of missing women cases, does he take her case seriously. With the help of Kwon Gi Seob (Yoo Seung Ho), a local delivery boy who happened to witness the vehicle Soo Ah escaped from at the crime scene, Detective Jo closes in on the killer; while at the same time, the killer closes in on them.

Hunting down Go Seob and Soo Ah, the killer (Yang Young Jo) gets dangerously close to catching his prey. Will the Detective be able to stop this sadistic killer before he’s able to strike again?

Jung Ji Woo (Sung Joon) is a web-based cartoon (webtoon) artist whose debut title fell flat. He is dating Da Hye (Kim Bo Ra) and the two are looking forward to spending his birthday together. But Jung Ji Woo is determined to ensure that his follow-up effort fares better than his first, so decides to look for some “real-world” inspiration. He has heard talk that a nearby apartment block named Gwang Lim Mansion is haunted, and that terrible incidents have occurred there, so decides to investigate. When he arrives, he runs into the apartment block’s ex-caretaker (Kim Hong Fa). The latter agrees to let Jung Ji Woo interview him, and the man starts to tell a series of increasingly macabre and spooky tales of things that happened to the block’s former residents.

He begins by telling Jung Ji Woo the story of a tormented author who craves peace and quiet, but can never seem to escape the noise. There is also the story of a pharmacist and her sordid affair with a married woman – a story that ends in mystery and murder! Further, there is the story of a property agent whose companion, a doll, appears to have come to life! Two students living together then find themselves living in an increasingly rotten room. And finally, the final story centers around the caretaker himself – and his ghastly secret identity. Will the horror overwhelm Jung Ji Woo, or will a late intervention from Da Hye save the day?
