Blooming like a Flower in Spring

Kind-hearted but overweight housewife Sa Geum Ran (Ha Jae Sook) is devastated when she discovers her husband Kang Joon's (Jung Gyu Woon) infidelity. Distraught while driving, another car hits her, and Geum Ran is presumed dead by her ex and his family – but Geum Ran actually survived, and she wants revenge. She contacts a plastic surgeon, getting in touch with Han Tae Hee (Joo Sang Wook) and begging him for help.
