Yosuke Sugino is a Japanese actor born on September 18, 1995, in Chiba Prefecture, Japan. He scooped the top prize at the Fine Boys Model Audition Grand Prix event and made his acting debut in 2016, playing a role in the hit TV drama series “Pretty Proofreader.” He followed up the following year with a lead role in “The Flower and the Beast Season 1” (2017). He also made his movie debut in 2017, appearing in “Kiseki: Sobito of that Day.” In 2018, he appeared in the film “Waiting for Spring.” Most recently, he has starred in the movie “Iwane: Sword of Serenity” (2019) and the drama series “Scams” (2019).

After her parents decided to move away for work, high schooler Aoi Nishimori (Mone Kamishiraishi) chose to stay behind, resulting in her living alone. However, she soon has an unexpected houseguest: Shusei Kugayama (Yosuke Sugino), the most popular student at their school, invites himself over to stay after a kitchen fire ruins his own home. As Aoi and Shusei spend more time together, their “temporary” living arrangement blossoms into romance… until Shusei’s cousin Reon Kugayama (Ryusei Yokohama) comes to visit from America to out why he refused an opportunity to attend college overseas.
