In South Korea, a chilling kidnapping case emerges when a mysterious note demands a collective ransom to save a child hostage, with the bank account linked to social services. Policewoman Kim Ji Won (Ha Yun Kyung), driven by childhood bullying experiences, teams up with social worker Park Oh Soon (Park Ha Sun), who is deeply troubled by a young girl's ongoing parental abuse. As evidence accumulates, suspicion falls on Park Oh Soon, forcing Kim Ji Won to investigate whether the kidnapping stems from the social worker's frustration with systemic failures to protect vulnerable children.
