Caught in Time

In the early 90's, the Eagle Gang, led by the sociopathic gangster Zhang Xun (Daniel Wu), terrorizes China with ruthless bank and jewelry store robberies. On his first day as criminal investigation bureau captain, Zhong Chen (Wang Qian Yuan) is taken hostage during a heist and left battered on the roadside. Undeterred, he vows to bring Falcon and his gang to justice. For nearly a decade, Zhong Chen and Falcon engage in a relentless cat-and-mouse pursuit, each wondering who will ultimately prevail. This gripping game of survival pushes both the detective and the criminal to their limits, testing their resolve and strategic skills. This is a 2020 South Korean action crime film written and directed by Ho Leung Lau.
