Chief of Thieves: Chu Liu Xiang

Chu Lui Xiang (Dylan Kuo), a talented martial artist with a noble goal of robbing the rich to help the poor, encounters Mu Qian Yu (Connie Kang), the ruler of Divine Water Palace. Initially mistaking her for a womanizing male, Chu discovers Mu is actually a woman disguised as a man to gain power. Together, they fight evil forces and fall in love, but are separated for years. When reunited, Chu has become a legendary bandit, and they must face an even more challenging threat. Based on characters from Gu Long's novels, this is a 2021 Chinese martial arts adventure directed by Dong Wei.
