Kim Sung Kyun

Jo Jin Woong is the stage name of Cho Won Joon, a South Korean actor. Born on March 3, 1976, he made his acting debut in theater before appearing in the 2004 film “Once Upon a Time in High School.” He has enjoyed a prolific career in both films and television since then and is best known for his roles in the films “Deep Rooted Tree” (2011), “Nameless Gangster: Rules of the Time” (2012), “A Hard Day” (2014) and the television series “Signal” (2016).

Cho Jin Woong

Kim Young Ae was an award-winning veteran South Korean actress. Born on April 21, 1951, she launched her career after participating in an open recruitment for one of the major television networks in 1971. After making her acting debut in the 1971 television drama “Chief Inspector,” she enjoyed a prolific career in films and television dramas. Some of her memorable recent roles included “The Moon Embracing the Sun” (2012), “Medical Top Team” (2013), “Liar Game” (2014), “Birth of a Beauty” (2014), “Kill Me, Heal Me” (2015), “Mirror of the Witch” (2016), “Doctors” (2016) and “Laurel Tree Tailors” (2016-2017), as well as the film “Proof of Innocence” (2016). Kim Young Ae passed away on April 9, 2017, at the age of 66 from recurrent pancreatic cancer.

Yoon Jin Yi is a South Korean actress who was born on July 27, 1990, in Daejeon, South Korea. She graduated from Sejong University’s Department of Film Arts and debuted in the 2012 drama series “A Gentleman’s Dignity.” She has since followed up with roles in the movies “We Are Brothers” (2014) and “Helios” (2015). She has also starred in the drama “It's Okay, That’s Love” (2014) and the more recent “Young Lady and Gentleman” (2022).

Born on September 7, 1970, he made his acting debut in the 2002 film “Over the Rainbow.” He has since had a prolific career in both films and television dramas, including the recent “Liar Game” (2014), “Pied Piper” (2016), “Voice” (2017) and “Saimdang, Light’s Diary” (2017).

When brothers Park Ha Yeon (Kim Sung Kyun) and Park Sang Yeon (Jo Jin Woong) were children, they were separated at an orphanage after their father's death, with their mother Seung Ja (Kim Young Ae) unable to care for them. Thirty years later, Sang Yeon, a devout Christian priest living in America, and Ha Yeon, a passionate shaman in South Korea, are reunited through a television show. Moments after their emotional meeting, Seung Ja, who suffers from Alzheimer's, wanders away from the studio and disappears. The brothers must now embark on a nationwide search to find their mother, challenging their contrasting religious beliefs and personal differences. Their journey becomes a test of familial love and understanding as they work together to locate their lost parent. This is a 2014 South Korean movie directed by Jang Jin.
