During a confrontation with a killer, detective Seon Du (Jo Han Sun) narrowly survived a life-threatening injury. Luckily, he was able to get an organ transplant, enabling his return to active duty. Years later, while Seon Du is investigating serial killer Gyu Jong (Jeong Jin Woon), he uncovers a chilling connection: both he and Gyu Jong received organs from the same donor – who happens to be the very killer Seon Du apprehended previously. Even more unsettlingly, the two find that they are bound by "cellular memory" caused by the donor's traits and habits transferring into them. What will happen between these two men who live very different lives but are tied together through a chilling twist of fate?
