Twenty-year-old Sang Eun (Kang Hye Jung) has always dreamed of falling in love and finding a "prince charming" like the fairytales she reads. However, she doesn't fully realize that love might be a little complicated for her, as her intellectual disability means her emotional and mental maturity level is closer to that of a seven-year-old's. When she meets police officer Jong Bum (Jung Kyung Ho), Sang Eun thinks he might be the one for her, but Jong Bum tries to break up with her shortly after finding out about her disability. Sang Eun is further devastated when she learns about her mother's terminal diagnosis, as her mother is her biggest supporter and cheerleader in life. How will Sang Eun adapt to her changing reality?
