Feeling alone and out of place, Dang (Ter Chantavit Dhanasevi) decides to take a solo trip to Korea, inspired by the Korean culture boom in Thailand. After a drunken mishap, he meets another Thai woman who introduces herself only as May (Noona Nuengthida Sophon), who is also traveling in Korea alone. The two decide to pair up and travel together under the condition that they don't share any personal details with each other and part as strangers at the end of their trip. As they spend more time together, Dang becomes conflicted about their agreement. "Hello Stranger" is an award-wining 2010 Thai movie directed by Banjong Pisanthanakun.
