The Princess and the Matchmaker

In a kingdom plagued by drought and famine, the palace issues Princess Song Hwa (Shim Eun Kyung) a royal decree: marry one of four auspicious bachelors whose horoscopes will restore balance. But Song Hwa, who has lived under the whims of fortune-tellers for her entire life, doubts the court astrologer Seo Do Yoon's (Lee Seung Gi) predictions, believing a true match transcends cosmic charts. She sneaks out of the palace, intent on investigating each suitor for herself, secretly followed by Do Yoon. However, in the process of learning about each of her potential husbands, Song Hwa uncovers hidden agendas and dangerous secrets that could prove dangerous for both herself and the kingdom. At the same time, Do Yoon himself begins to fall for Song Hwa, conflicting with his duty to find her an auspicious husband. Who will Song Hwa marry – and will the marriage solve the kingdom's woes?
