He was born in Seocheon County, South Chungcheong Province, South Korea on November 29, 1970 and made his acting debut at the age of 15, when he took on his first role in a theater production. Since then, he has appeared in numerous films and television dramas, including “IRIS” (2009), “Secret” (2009), “My Love From the Star” (2013), and “Humanimal” (2019).
