Haunted Mountains: The Yellow Taboo

A peculiar Taiwanese legend has been passed down for generations: if you get lost in the mountains, a figure in a yellow raincoat will emerge... only to guide you toward a path that leads to your disappearance. A trio of hikers – Chen Jia Ming (Jasper Liu), Song Yu Xin (Angela Yuen), Zhang An Wei (Tsao Yu Ning) found this out the hard way when they ignored a mountain path closure notice and accidentally interrupted a sacred mountain ritual, leading to An Wei's disappearance. Five years later, Jia Ming and Yu Xin return to the mountain in search of An Wei, but instead find themselves lured by a yellow-clad ghost. However, when they realize the ghost's true identity, Jia Ming and Yu Xin are forced to reckon with their past mistakes in the hopes of ever having a future – or else they too will be trapped on the mountain forever.
