While the story was originally popular, it lost viewership due to strange plot choices – except for Dok Ja, who eventually became the novel's sole reader. As Dok Ja reads the final chapter of the novel, he finds himself dissatisfied with the story's ending... and suddenly, the world around him transforms into the novel's intergalactic setting. Now, Dok Ja is forced to team up with novel protagonist Yu Jung Hyeok (Lee Min Ho), a powerful warrior, in an attempt to save the world, despite having zero relevant experience.
