When the boss of Sikgupa, the largest gang in the city of Yongdu, suddenly passes away, two men are selected as potential successors: Na Soon Tae (Jo Woo Jin) and Dong Gang Pyo (Jung Kyung Ho). Unfortunately, neither wants to take over – Soon Tae aspires to expand his Chinese restaurant Mimiru across the country, while Gang Pyo dreams of becoming a top tango dancer. As they try to ensure that they lose the boss election, fellow gang member Cho Pan Ho (Park Ji Hwan) tries to enter the race to no avail, as no one believes he's capable of leading. Shaking things up is undercover cop Hong Tae Gyu (Lee Kyoo Hyung), who infiltrates Mimiru as a delivery man to keep an eye on the gang's operations. Will this spell the end of Sikgupa? This film was adapted from the 2010 Hong Kong film "Once a Gangster."
