Yeong Il (Gang Dong Won) is a meticulous "designer" who specializes in transforming contract killings into seemingly unavoidable accidental deaths. Working alongside his skilled team – including the veteran Jackie (Lee Mi Sook), the master of disguise Wol Cheon (Lee Hyun Wook), and the timid Jeom Man (Tang Jun Sang) – he crafts lethal scenarios that baffle investigators. However, Yeong Il’s grip on reality begins to slip following a colleague's sudden death, as he suspects that a rival organization is eliminating his circle. When a high-stakes mission to eliminate a powerful political figure arises, the lines between professional strategy and personal obsession blur. As Yeong Il questions the loyalty of those around him, he finds himself trapped in a web of his own design, uncertain if he is the master manipulator or the next target of a fatal "accident." This film was adapted from the 2009 Hong Kong movie "Accident."
