After several traumatic childhood incidents, third-generation business heir Cha Do Hyun (Ji Sung) developed Dissociative Identity Disorder. To outsiders, he's a successful businessman, but internally, seven distinct personalities battle for control, each with their own quirks, memories, and even names – from the aggressive “Shin Se Gi” to the suicidal 17-year-old “Ahn Yo Seob.” Fearing exposure and social ruin, Do Hyun secretly seeks psychiatric help. He crosses paths with Oh Ri Jin (Hwang Jung Eum), a first-year psychiatric resident who, against her better judgment, becomes his secret physician. As Ri Jin delves into the complexities of Do Hyun's mind, she not only helps him navigate his chaotic inner world but also uncovers a shared, forgotten past that holds the key to healing them both.
