Ahn Jae Hyun is a South Korean actor and model. Born on July 1, 1987, he started out his career as a fashion model in 2009, taking part in fashion shows, magazine spreads and commercials. Ahn Jae Hyun gained recognition as an actor when he played the “handsome delivery man” in the 2011 variety show “Lee Soo Geun and Kim Byung Man’s High Society” and then went on to supporting roles in the 2013 hit drama “My Love From the Star” and 2014 police drama “You’re All Surrounded.” He landed his first leading role in the 2015 medical drama “Blood.”

Ku Hye Sun (whose name also is written as Gu Hye Sun or Goo Hye Sun) is a South Korean actress whose many talents span acting, singing, writing, directing, composing and artistry. Born on November 9, 1984, she is best known for her roles in the television roles in “Blood,” “Angel Eyes,” “Boys Over Flowers” and “Pure in Heart.” 

She wrote a best-selling semi-autobiographical novel, Tango, in 2009 and has written two other books. She also has held several art exhibitions featuring her illustrations and wood and metal crafts, directed short films and feature films, and written and performed many singles. The talented Ku Hye Sun was even invited to sing at actress Bo Young’s wedding to actor Ji Sung, and she composed and sang the song “It’s You.”

Ji Jin Hee is a popular South Korean actor. Born on June 24, 1971, he was working as a photographer in an advertising agency when a talent agent approached him about working in entertainment. He refused the offer but then took it a year later when he was laid off from his job during the IMF financial crisis in Korea. Ji Jin Hee made his acting debut in the 2000 television drama “Female Secretary” and has starred in many films and dramas since. He is best known for his roles in the historic dramas “Dae Jang Geum” (2003) and “Dong Yi” (2010) but also has starred in the popular dramas “The Man Who Can’t Get Married” (2009), “The Great Seer” (2012), “A Word From Warm Heart” (2013), “Blood” (2015), “Midnight Diner” (2015), “I Have a Lover” (2015) and “Second to Last Love” (2016).

Park Ji Sang (Ahn Jae Hyun) works as a hepato-pancreato-biliary surgeon in one of Korea’s best cancer research hospitals. He’s also a vampire, born from parents infected with a virus known as VBT-01 that causes vampirism. Despite this, Ji Sang is a firm believer in the sanctity of human life, and suppresses his blood-drinking instincts to save patients’ lives. He reunites with highly competent surgeon Yoo Ri Ta (Ku Hye Sun), the hospital owner’s niece whom he once saved from a dangerous situation, and begins to fall for her, but she doesn’t seem to remember him. However, when diabolical vampire doctor Lee Jae Wook (Ji Jin Hee) takes over as the new chief, Ji Sang will need to keep his wits about him to prevent danger to himself, his patients, and Ri Ta from harm.
