Lee Hyung Chul is a South Korean actor who was born on February 19, 1973. He studied at the City University of New York, in the United States. He made his debut as an actor in 1995, when he placed third in a talent contest hosted by TV network KBS. He has since featured in scores of hit South Korean TV drama series and movie titles, including the 2015 drama release “The Queen’s Flower” and the movies “Deranged” (2012) and 2019’s “No Mercy.”
