Jang Hyuk is the stage name of Jung Yong Joon, a popular South Korean actor who is known for his eccentric roles and his raucous laugh. Born on December 20, 1976, he made his acting debut in the 1997 television drama “Models.” He then appeared in the music video for the debut single for popular boy band g.o.d in 1999 and also released his own rap album in 2000 under the name TJ Project. After being cast in his first leading role in 2001, Jang Hyuk has won many acting accolades for his film and television work. Lee Young Oh (Jang Hyuk) is a genius neurosurgeon, but he has a terrible bedside manner due to his inability to empathize with others. Upon his return from studying abroad, he joins Hyunsung Medical Center, where his father runs the cardio-cerebrovascular center. On his very first day, he meets rookie traffic police officer Gye Jin Sung (Park So Dam), who accompanied the victim of a car crash.
