Lee Hae Sung (Kim Young Kwang), a passionate trauma surgeon, clashes with hospital leadership while prioritizing patient care. Emergency department chief Kang Joo Ran (Kim Hye Eun) struggles to manage the hospital's Disaster Medical Assistance Team while worrying about her missing 7-year-old son.
