朴施厚1978年4月3日出生在韩国忠清南道扶余郡，韩国演员，毕业于汉阳大学戏剧电影系。

高中时期由于手臂肌肉严重拉伤而放弃职业棒球选手之路而后成为演艺人员。2003年以电视剧《老妈向前冲》出道，在《享受人生》、《爱情万万岁》、《屋塔房王世子》、韩版《恶作剧之吻》等多部电视剧和《黑帮高中》、《智齿》《无法忘记你》等电影中都有出色表演。此外也演唱过韩版《恶作剧之吻》、《质量保证班》、韩版《城市猎人》等剧的ost。2013年10月，在出演完《金子轻松出来吧》后入伍。
