Siege in Fog

In the tumultuous era of early 20th-century China, Yi Lian Kai (Elvis Han), a wealthy playboy, falls deeply in love with Qin Sang (Sun Yi), the daughter of a high-ranking official. Despite Qin Sang's initial love for Li Wang Ping (Jeremy Tsui), who is sent to study in Japan, she reluctantly marries Lian Kai under family pressure. Determined to win her heart, Lian Kai becomes a devoted husband and joins the armed forces as a commander to protect her during wartime. When Wang Ping returns with a new identity as Pan Jian Chi and becomes Lian Kai's second-in-command, Qin Sang finds herself torn between her husband and her first love. As tensions rise and emotions clash, she must choose between the two men who have captured her heart. This is a 2018 Chinese historical drama series directed by Hou Shu Pui, adapted from the novel "Mi Wu Wei Cheng" by Fei Wo Si Cun.
