Synopsis

A woman (Kim Yoon Jin) has been imprisoned in a facility for the mentally ill for murdering her daughter – but she maintains that she’s innocent of the crime. One day, she decides to escape, fleeing to Rainbow Village, where she adopts the identity of Ms. Ma Ji Won, a mystery writer. Detective Han Tae Kyu (Jung Woong In), who was in charge of her initial case, is tasked to track her down. In Rainbow Village, "Ms. Ma" helps solve various petty crimes, but her interest in investigations grows more serious when she suspects that a suicide is actually a murder. As Detective Han grows closer to tracking "Ms. Ma down," more crimes occur in Rainbow Village, and the real Ma Ji Won surfaces, the truth grows ever stranger. This drama was adapted from works by Agatha Christie.
