Le Coup de Foudre

Zhao Qiao Yi (Wu Qian) and Yan Mo (Zhang Yu Jian), former high school classmates with vastly different academic backgrounds, form an unexpected bond. They promise to study abroad together, but a family emergency forces Qiao Yi to abandon their plans, causing them to lose touch. Four years later, they reunite, and Qiao Yi moves to the city hoping to rekindle their relationship. However, Yan Mo is already in a relationship, seemingly putting her romantic hopes in jeopardy. Unbeknownst to Qiao Yi, Yan Mo still harbors deep feelings for her, secretly caring for her from the background and struggling to express his true emotions.
