She studied journalism at Yonsei University, going on to do an MA in Mass Communication at Korea Univesity and then making her start as a news announcer in 2006. She has since gone on to focus on her acting career, starring in movies and dramas such as “Insadong Scandal” (2009), “Mrs. Town” (2009), and “I Need Romance” (2011). She has also appeared in variety TV titles including “Law of the Jungle” in 2016 and “Don’t Be Jealous” (2020).
