Synopsis
Supersleuth Zhao Yunlan (Bai Yu) meets unsuspecting university professor Shen Wei (Zhu Yi Long) and the two men are drawn together. They strike up a close – if somewhat unconventional – friendship. But they soon find themselves at the heart of a high-stakes supernatural battle involving mysterious evil foes. The evil mastermind behind the scenes is the mysterious and powerful Black Robe, who bears no small resemblance to Shen Wei.
