Into The Ring

Civil servant Seo Gong Myeong (Park Sung Hoon) is incredibly passionate about his job, going so far as to consider himself the “Tax Guardian” of Mawon. However, his cold, critical demeanor and insistence on doing everything by-the-book make him unpopular among his coworkers and his constituents alike. He gets into disputes with Goo Se Ra (Nana), a local resident who’s known for her quick wit but carelessness in most other aspects of her life, leading to chronic unemployment. When a position opens up on the District People's Council, Se Ra sees a great opportunity for her, believing that she can do little work for high pay. Se Ra and Gong Myeong end up forming an unlikely team after she’s appointed to the council and he’s demoted, as they both decide to take down corrupt politicians – and might fall in love along the way.
