Lee Sae On is a South Korean singer and actor who was born on November 27, 1995. He was accepted to study Music at Seokyeong University, but did not complete his studies. In 2017, he took part in the TV talent contest “Produce 101 Season 2,” and in 2018 made his acting bow in the drama series “Mischievous Detectives 2,” following up later the same year with the series “Dae Jang Geum Is Watching.” More recently, he starred in the 2021 drama series “Light on Me.”

Lee Sae On

Kang You Seok is a South Korean actor who was born in 1994. He attended Korea National University of Arts and made his debut in 2018, appearing in the movie “The Hymn of Death.” He went on to star in the drama series title “Melting Me Softly” (2019) and had a busy 2020, appearing in “Dr. Romantic 2,” as well as “Mystic Pop-up Bar” and “Start-Up.” He also appeared in 2021’s “Beyond Evil.”

Choi Chan Yi is a South Korean singer and actor who was born on June 14, 1995. He first rose to prominence when he appeared on the 2016 music-themed survival show “BOYS24.” He went on to debut in the actor/K-pop group THE MAN BLK in 2018, and has appeared in drama show titles such as “Govengers” (2018) and “Best Mistake” (2019).

Ko Woo Jin is a South Korean actor and singer. He debuted in 2018, when he was revealed as a member of the all-male group THE MAN BLK. He also appeared in the drama series “Govengers” (2018), following up with “Best Mistake” (2019) and its sequel “Best Mistake Season 2” (2020). In 2021. he appeared in the drama series “Light on Me.”

Ko Woo Jin

Tae Kyung (Lee Sae On) is an 18-year-old high school student. He is also a lifelong loner. But one day, he starts questioning his own judgment and tells a teacher that he no longer wishes to go it alone. The problem is, he has no idea how to start going about making new friends. The teacher advises him to join the school’s student council. He agrees, but discovers that making friends may be harder than it seems.

He meets the Vice President of the council, Shin Woo (Kang You Seok), who is cool and level-headed, but also somewhat cold toward him and reluctant to accept Tae Kyung. However, he also meets the super-attractive President of the council: Da On (Choi Chan Yi), who appears to take an instant shine to him. The beginnings of a romance appear to be in the cards for Da On and Tae Kyung, but Shin Woo does not seem to approve. Matters are further complicated by the fact that Da On’s close female friend – who secretly loves Da On – is jealous of their closeness, and attempts to drive a wedge between them!

This drama was adapted from the hit mobile gaming title “Saebit Boys High School Council,” which was released in 2017 and spawned a web-based cartoon series titled "Behind the Desks – Love is Addiction.”

“Light on Me” is a 2021 South Korean Viki Original drama series that was directed by Um Ji Sun.
