Synopsis
Xu Wen Chang (Luo Jin) is the permanently laid-back, calm, and generous manager of a Shanghai-based branch of a large real estate chain. The executives at the head office are dissatisfied with the poor sales conversions rate at the branch and suspect that Xu Wen Chang might be at fault. So they decide to take action by sending in Fang Si Jin (Sun Li) to solve the problems be becoming the branch’s co-manager. She is Xu Wen Chang’s polar opposite: an ice-cold, ruthless, ambitious, and results-driven manager.
While Xu Wen Chang always puts the needs of his staff first, and they adore him for this approach. These wildly different outlooks cause conflicts right from the outset, but surprisingly over time, they start to drift toward a shared vision – one that the whole branch starts to get behind. But as they start to spend more time together, these very contrasting managers start to wonder if they might also have romantic feelings for each other, despite their plethora of differences!
This drama is a remake of the 2016 Japanese series “Your Home Is My Business.”
